With so many places to go and visiting during the holiday season, we knew that we couldn’t do everything on the fly.   Because of that we:

• Booked a 7.5 hour five course dinner cruise on NYE.  You can read more about the cruise here.
  
• Booked a Sydney Opera House Access Tour
• Bought tickets to a show at the Sydney Opera House
• Reserved a five course lunch on Christmas in Sydney
• Booked a seal watching cruise on Philip Island
• Booked Underground Viewing tickets for the Penguin Parade on Philip Island

Having six things booked is  not our style, but then, neither is taking a three week vacation.
